Sketch of Birthday "Bud"
A quick sketch out to wish Bud a Happy Birthday (April 6). A great musician blogger that I've gotten to know via Becky. (Come to think of it, I believe majority of my blogger buddies are from Becky...)Bud posts great lyrics about everyday situations, some about his children, and some about his beautiful wife. He's been giving me some great guitar tips and encouragement that I have found very helpful.
Happy Birthday, Bud!!!! I would sing you the traditional B-day song, but I already know how you feel about that!

Thanks Bud, Happy Birthday. When it comes to sketching, "Composition, hands,and hair" are my problematic areas. To combat at, I usually sketch it upside down. This was a pic I stoled from your web site. I flipped it vertically in Photoshop, but failed to also flip it horizontally, so you will see that it is actually an opposite pose from your actual pic.. if that makes any sense.
